The brand Rosengarten is well-known for the excellent taste and premium quality of its organic products. Founded by the pioneer of the German organic market Gerhard Geuder, Minderleinsmuehle acquired the brand Rosengarten in 1996.
Back in 1986 Minderleinsmuehle – originally a mill – has started with the production of healthy products – mainly cereals. Due to increasing demand the range has been extended steadily and new products like wafers and fine chocolate coated products have been introduced.

The brand Rosengarten is part of our company`s long tradition of natural and organic food production - our organic product range is always up to date.

We use high quality organic ingredients from organic farming for our products and produce nearly all of our comprehensive organic product range at our two production sites in compliance with strict quality standards.

Environmentally friendly behaviour, sustainability and commitment to being a positive contributor to the environment are some of the main principles of our business management. To meet our objectives we are constantly revising our products, developing new products and are working hard to achieve the best ecological standard with our technical and economical possibilities.

Chocolate is processed with two different techniques:
•    Pan-coating e.g. for nuts, almonds or flakes – here the chocolate coating is the result of a mix of chocolate and the respective product in the pan-coater. The final coating consists of several layers of chocolate.
•    Coating e.g. of wafers or fruits with dark, milk or white chocolate usually consists of one or two layers of chocolate only.
Today Rosengarten is the largest processor of organic chocolate in Germany.

Another special focus of our production is the product development of attractive muesli, flakes, crunchy mixtures and chocolate products.
